    FOSTERS ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF TERMS
The undersigned foster hereby acknowledges and agrees to the following terms:
    • The animal will not be allowed off leash, except within an adequately fenced in area.
    • The animal will not be chained outside to any type of object or outbuilding, including a dog house.
    • The animal is not to live in a garage, doghouse, or any type of outbuilding.  The animal is to live in your home, with you, as a temporary member of your family.
    • The animal will wear a collar or harness, with ID showing contact information for the rescue, at all times when outside of the residence, including fenced in areas.  Should the animal accidently get loose, this could be the only means to identify them.
    • Shelter must always be provided for the animal, in extreme heat, extreme cold, or any other weather condition that may endanger the health of the animal.
    • The animal is never to remain solely confined to a crate while indoors. This is only permissible while the foster is not at home or at bedtime, if at all, and not for more than eight (8) hours per day.
    • The animal is NEVER to be left alone inside of a closed vehicle, no matter the temperature!  The animal is also never to travel untethered in any vehicle, no matter the distance.
    • The animal is not to be left alone with small children at any time.
    • The foster agrees to administer all medications at prescribed times and with prescribed dosage.
    • Unless it is an EXTREME emergency, the foster may not take the animal to a vet without pre-approval by the rescue, or the rescue will not be held responsible for any fees incurred.  The animal is to have adequate food, water, and shelter, at all times.
    • The foster shall refrain from any type of physical or emotional abuse of the animal, or otherwise treating the animal in any inhumane manner.
Ø  The animal is owned by the rescue and the rescue alone, and must be relinquished back to the rescue immediately upon request.
Ø  If the foster is fined by authorities for any reason; failure to restrain, animal running at large, if the animal bites, the rescue cannot be held liable for the animal while it is in your care, custody and control.
    • If the foster chooses to purchase anything for the animal, ie: toys or special treats, the rescue will not be held responsible for reimbursement unless the item has been pre-authorized by the rescue

What Our Clients Are Saying

This organization is amazing saving lifes, a dog at a time. We were blessed by our new little angel that came to us after our loved Bentley passed at almost 17 years old. This tiny terrier we adopted fills our broken hearts. She is amazing and sweet and so grateful she was given a second chance
Thank you Debbie and Kat for letting us have her in our life "

"
Amazing that you would give so much to these animals. They can't care for themselves so with such a big heart you care for them! Thank you!"
